Terms of Service
Élysienne Global Concierge
Effective Date: January 2026
Welcome to Élysienne Global Concierge (“Élysienne,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing this website or engaging with our services, you agree to the Terms outlined below.
These Terms are designed to uphold clarity, ethics, and excellence—matching the standard of the Élysienne experience.
1. Overview
Élysienne Global Concierge provides global lifestyle, relocation, and experience-coordination services. By accessing our website or working with our concierges, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws governing professional conduct in the regions where services occur.
Élysienne is a luxury concierge and coordination firm. We are not a real estate brokerage, legal office, or financial advisory firm.
Any regulated services required during your project will be performed solely by independently licensed professionals and vetted partners, each operating under their own governing laws, professional standards, and insurance coverage.
Élysienne does not supervise, direct, or assume responsibility for the professional judgment of such providers.
2. Scope of Élysienne Services
Élysienne provides coordination, lifestyle management, relocation support, introductions to vetted professionals, property research, cultural guidance, and assistance with international transitions.
Our services do not include:
Legal representation or legal document preparation
Financial advice, tax guidance, or investment advisory services
Real estate brokerage activities outside any concierge’s licensed jurisdiction
Any concierge affiliated with Élysienne who is individually licensed as a real estate broker may conduct brokerage activities only:
within the jurisdiction where they are licensed,
under the governance of their supervising brokerage,
and covered by that brokerage’s separate E&O insurance (as required by law).
All regulated activities are performed solely by independently licensed professionals you engage through direct agreement.
Élysienne does not supervise or direct regulated services and is not responsible for their professional conduct.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a seamless, refined experience, clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information during onboarding or coordination
Communicate promptly regarding preferences, timelines, and required documents
Engage only licensed professionals for legal, financial, or real estate transactions
Review and sign all third-party contracts directly with the licensed provider
Adhere to regional laws when engaging in cross-border services or relocations
Delays caused by incomplete information, late documents, or unresponsiveness may affect coordination timelines or the ability to complete certain aspects of your requested services.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect coordination or timely project delivery.
4. Partner & Third-Party Services
Élysienne collaborates with trusted, thoroughly vetted partners — including licensed brokers, lenders, attorneys, accountants, relocation specialists, designers, and other professionals.
Élysienne does not provide legal, financial, tax, or real estate brokerage services.
Any regulated service is performed exclusively by the licensed professional you engage.
Clients enter into separate agreements with such professionals, who operate under their own licenses, legal standards, and insurance.
Élysienne’s role is coordination, communication, and curation, not the execution of regulated activities.
Élysienne does not supervise or direct the professional judgment of licensed providers.
We assume no liability for work, advice, services, errors, or actions of any third-party professional. Any disputes or issues must be resolved directly with that provider.
5. Payments, Fees & Refunds
Fees for concierge services are disclosed prior to engagement.
Pricing may vary based on project tier, timeline, complexity, and bespoke refinement requests.
A non-refundable retainer may be required.
Additional fees may apply for expedited timelines, premium tiers, or external partner costs.
Refunds are not provided once coordination or project work has begun.
All fees and retainers must be paid prior to project initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any fees charged by external professionals (e.g., attorneys, brokers, accountants) are governed by their contracts and are independent of Élysienne.
6. International Services
Élysienne serves clients across multiple countries.
Service availability may vary by region and is subject to:
Local laws
Licensing requirements
International travel or document-processing timelines
Partner availability
Cross-border timelines naturally vary and cannot be guaranteed due to external regulations and processing requirements.
We make every effort to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely coordination across borders.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Privacy & Data Handling
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, located in the site footer. By using our services, you agree to the data practices outlined there.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Élysienne Global Concierge provides strategic guidance, introductions, and coordination services only. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and do not act as a licensed broker, attorney, accountant, or fiduciary unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from information shared by Élysienne — including information provided by third-party professionals, service providers, or partners — are the sole responsibility of the client.
Élysienne shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, losses, or outcomes arising from international processes, governmental agencies, financial institutions, real estate markets, travel logistics, or external vendors.
All services are provided on an “as available” and “best efforts” basis. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, timelines, approvals, financial performance, or results.
Clients acknowledge their responsibility to independently verify all information and to engage qualified professionals for legal, tax, financial, real estate, and regulatory matters.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Élysienne’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to services provided shall be limited to the total fees paid to Élysienne for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Élysienne be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, opportunity costs, or reputational harm.
Engagement with Élysienne constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these limitations.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically.
When changes occur, the effective date will be updated.
