02 — Licensing, Brokerage, & Scope

  • No. Élysienne is not a brokerage. Any real estate transactions are handled solely through each concierge’s personal brokerage affiliation and only within their licensed jurisdiction. Élysienne itself remains fully independent.


    This ensures clarity, compliance, and the highest professional standards across all regions.

  • Concierges may hold individual real estate licenses through their own brokerages. Outside their licensed regions, all guidance is strategic and advisory in nature. Licensed local brokers manage the regulated real estate steps, while Élysienne oversees strategy, continuity, and high-level coordination.


    You receive the benefit of licensed expertise where required, supported by global coordination everywhere else.

  • We coordinate with trusted attorneys, visa specialists, lenders, and global advisors. Élysienne does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Outside licensed jurisdictions, real estate guidance is strategic and advisory in nature, and licensed local professionals manage all regulated steps.


    We ensure you receive expert guidance only from licensed, vetted professionals.

  • Your investment is based on your selected Signature Package, service tier, project scope, and chosen refinements.

    Following your private consultation, a transparent and personalized proposal is provided outlining all core deliverables. An engagement retainer of 50% is collected upon acceptance to initiate the work, with the remaining balance due prior to final delivery.

    Refinements, travel, and location-specific services are scoped separately and factored based on seasonality, presence, availability, and opportunities we are able to secure on your behalf.
