The Founder
Her entry into international real estate was both professional and personal. Beginning in 2022, Nicohle spent extended time in Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula and Quintana Roo, cultivating relationships with developers, brokers, lenders, and legal teams. She also navigated her own cross-border acquisition, giving her firsthand insight into the complexities clients face.
In 2025, Nicohle formalized Élysienne Global Concierge as a global advisory and concierge platform, through which she provides strategic guidance, lifestyle alignment, and international coordination. Real estate brokerage services are provided only where permitted by law, either by Nicohle in her capacity as a North Carolina–licensed real estate broker, or in collaboration with independent licensed professionals in their respective jurisdictions.
Today, Nicohle guides clients across the United States, France, Mexico, Italy, the United Kingdom, and beyond, with a signature blend of aesthetic precision, cultural fluency, and long-term strategic vision.
She is currently in the process of earning the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation as part of her ongoing professional development in international real estate education and global best practices.

Nicohle Slobodyanyuk is the visionary behind Élysienne — a global concierge and advisory philosophy where strategy, culture, and design converge.
Her international perspective began in 2012–2013, when she spent nearly a year living in Germany — an experience that shaped her early understanding of cultural immersion, relocation complexity, and the emotional layers of building a life abroad. It was there that she first understood global living not merely as logistics, but as personal evolution.
Nicohle brings over 15 years of experience in high-volume corporate management, buying, and sales, with a background spanning operations, negotiation, financial oversight, and leadership. This foundation informs the precision and clarity she brings to complex real estate decisions and cross-border transitions.
A lifelong student of the arts and performance, Nicohle cultivated a refined understanding of narrative, aesthetics, and emotional presence — qualities that define the experiential elegance of Élysienne. Her work is rooted in the belief that intentional environments create intentional lives.

Almost a full year immersed in European life deepens her understanding of design, culture, and continental living — influences that would later shape the Élysienne aesthetic.
2013 — The World’s Largest Pirate Museum Collection
As buyer for a world-renowned museum, Nicohle curated collections alongside historians, treasure hunters, and international experts.
This period refined her eye for storytelling, curation, and experience design.
2016–2021 — High-Volume Corporate Management & Sales
Nicohle leads complex, high-volume operations in corporate retail and specialty sectors.
Here she deepens her expertise in:

2022 — First Cross-Border Partnerships Begin

2024 — Personal Cross-Border Acquisition Journey
Nicohle begins exploring the purchase of an estate in France with her husband, navigating first-hand the complexities clients face. This lived experience becomes one of Élysienne’s greatest strengths: a concierge who has personally walked the international path she guides others through.
2024 — Expanding Partnerships
Relationships deepen across France, the United Kingdom, and Italy, evolving into collaborations with brokers, notaries, developers, and relocation specialists.
