By the close of your Vision Session, you will have clarity on your Lifestyle Corridor placement, your Signature Offering recommendation, and the shape of the engagement ahead — including any specialist introductions needed to support your specific objectives.

Based on your Vision Session, Élysienne recommends the Signature Offering that best suits the scope and nature of your project.
A project-specific quote is prepared — tailored to your destination, timeline, and depth of engagement required. No standard pricing. No surprises.
You choose your Tier — Curated, Elevated, or Reserve — which determines the level, priority, and breadth of access you receive throughout your engagement.
A 50% retainer is due at the outset to begin your project. The remaining balance is settled before the finalization of your engagement.
All engagements are conducted on an enquiry and quote basis. Élysienne does not publish standard pricing — each project is unique, and your quote will reflect precisely that.
The Élysienne portfolio is never a catalogue. It is a considered selection — filtered through the understanding built in your Vision Session, drawn from active relationships with vetted brokers, estate agents, and private sellers across our Lifestyle Corridors.
Properties that meet the criteria on paper but feel wrong in character are removed before you ever see them. In our primary corridors — Mexico's Yucatan, France, and Italy — this draws on founder-level access and on-the-ground intelligence unavailable through standard channels.

Beyond property viewings, this phase draws in the legal counsel, notaries, and specialists your specific objectives require.
