The Founder
Nicohle Slobodyanyuk founded Élysienne Global Concierge from a single, clear-eyed observation: that the clients navigating international property and relocation decisions were consistently underserved — not for lack of options, but because none of the available options were designed around the full scope of what they needed.
As a Certified International Property Specialist and licensed real estate broker, Nicohle brings both the technical rigor and the genuine global fluency to engage these decisions at their full depth. Her work spans international acquisition structures, cross-border transaction frameworks, and the cultural intelligence that separates truly useful advisory from well-intentioned guesswork.
Élysienne's most active corridors — Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, southwest France and the Dordogne, and Italy — are not markets Nicohle advises on from a distance. She maintains active personal and professional presence in each, including ongoing property scouting in southwest France, where Élysienne is establishing its European flagship. Italy carries a deeper resonance still: part of Nicohle's family traces its roots to Napoli, Rome, and Sicily, and a formative chapter of her life was spent living in Germany — experiences that shaped both her European sensibility and her understanding of what it means to build a life across cultures. The access her clients receive is the direct result of relationships built over time, on the ground.
Nicohle does not practice law, and nothing Élysienne provides constitutes legal advice. Nicohle holds an active North Carolina real estate broker license; where transactions occur in NC, they are conducted through her licensed capacity. Other US states are handled by the locally licensed agent of record.

The Philosophy

Élysienne does not represent developers, take referral fees from sellers, or promote specific projects for commercial reasons. Every recommendation is made in the client's interest — because the value of the advisory depends entirely on that independence being real, not performed.
